BELLO
Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
For users aged 18 and older worldwide
Support Contact: service@bello.website
These Terms govern your access to Bello, an adults-only nightlife community for discovering events, sharing community content, joining Night Rooms, and communicating with other users.
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing Bello, or using any feature, you agree to be bound by them.
Policy Structure
The Terms are organized into seven parts. Each part contains four principal clauses so the document can be reviewed in clear groups of four.
Part I Agreement and Eligibility | Clauses 1-4
Part II Accounts and Service Use | Clauses 5-8
Part III Community Content and Conduct | Clauses 9-12
Part IV Adult Safety and Child Protection | Clauses 13-16
Part V Purchases and Paid Features | Clauses 17-20
Part VI Privacy, Enforcement, and Service Changes | Clauses 21-24
Part VII Legal Terms and Contact | Clauses 25-28
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator identified as the developer or seller of Bello in the applicable app-store listing.
Clauses 1-4 | Acceptance, adults-only access, definitions, and service scope
These Terms of Service, together with the Bello Privacy Policy, Community Standards, purchase disclosures, and any feature-specific rules presented to you, govern your access to and use of Bello and form a binding agreement between you and the Bello operator.
You accept these Terms by creating an account, tapping an acceptance control, accessing Bello, purchasing a paid feature, or otherwise using the Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use Bello.
You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Bello for an organization, venue, or event organizer, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and references to you include that entity where appropriate.
Bello is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and who have reached the age of legal majority required to use an adults-only nightlife community in their location. No person under 18 may create an account or use the Service.
We may request a birth date, age confirmation, or proportionate age-assurance step. You must provide truthful information and must not help a minor evade age controls. Bello may restrict features while age status is reviewed.
We may immediately restrict, suspend, or delete an account that we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18. Suspected underage use may be reported through in-app tools or to service@bello.website.
Service means the Bello mobile application, websites, profiles, event discovery and planning tools, community feeds, direct messages, group chats, Night Rooms, notifications, support channels, paid features, and related functionality that links to these Terms.
User-Generated Content, or UGC, means profile text, photos, videos, audio, event or venue submissions, captions, comments, replies, reactions, messages, reviews, reports, and other material submitted, created, or transmitted by users through Bello.
Virtual Items include virtual credits, coins, badges, boosts, digital gifts, or similar in-app entitlements. Paid Features include subscriptions, premium tools, or other digital functionality offered for a fee. Virtual Items and Paid Features are licenses, not property or stored monetary value.
Bello helps adults discover events and venues, plan nights out, save or share events, indicate attendance, join community discussions or Night Rooms, and communicate with other users. Features may vary by platform, device, account status, location, or market.
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, Bello is not the organizer, venue operator, promoter, ticket seller, transportation provider, security provider, or insurer for an event. Event information may come from users or third parties and may change without notice.
Subject to these Terms, Bello grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.
Clauses 5-8 | Registration, credentials, acceptable use, and event safety
You must provide complete, current, and truthful registration and profile information. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, affiliation, identity, venue, or event, or create an account for someone without authorization.
You may not create deceptive, mass, automated, or replacement accounts to evade restrictions. Bello may merge, restrict, or remove duplicate or abusive accounts and may require reasonable verification when needed for safety or integrity.
You agree that Bello may deliver operational notices about authentication, safety, moderation, purchases, policy updates, event or chat activity, and support. Marketing communications remain subject to available controls and applicable law.
You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, sign-in methods, devices, and verification codes. Do not share credentials or permit unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account until you notify Bello of compromise.
Contact service@bello.website promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, impersonation, fraud, or loss of a device used to access Bello. We may require reauthentication, revoke sessions, reset credentials, or temporarily restrict the account.
You may not probe, scan, test, bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with Bello's authentication, security, rate limits, moderation, anti-fraud, or access controls, except through an authorized security testing program.
Use Bello only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable app-store rules, and the rights and safety of others. You are responsible for your conduct online and in connection with events or meetups discovered through Bello.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, coercion, extortion, doxxing, non-consensual recording, or targeted abuse.
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, spam, deceptive promotions, fake attendance, misleading event listings, or manipulation of rankings and engagement.
• Facilitating illegal drugs, weapons, trafficking, prostitution, compensated sexual arrangements, gambling, or other unlawful activity.
• Encouraging dangerous driving, violence, self-harm, excessive or binge drinking, or illegal or inappropriate use of alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances.
• Scraping, harvesting, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, malware, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, or circumvention of platform protections.
Do not advertise, solicit, sell, or promote goods, services, events, venues, or opportunities through Bello unless the feature and applicable rules permit it. Sponsored or commercial content must be truthful and clearly disclosed where required.
Event dates, times, prices, capacity, accessibility, age restrictions, venue rules, and availability may be incomplete, user-submitted, or changed by third parties. Confirm important details directly with the venue or organizer before traveling or paying.
Use judgment when meeting people or attending events. Tell a trusted person your plans, arrange safe transportation, protect personal information, remain aware of your surroundings, and contact venue staff or emergency services when appropriate. Bello does not conduct universal background checks.
You must comply with local drinking-age laws, venue rules, licensing requirements, and restrictions on alcohol, tobacco, controlled substances, gambling, and other regulated activities. Bello does not encourage excessive drinking or unsafe conduct.
Disputes with organizers, venues, ticketing providers, transportation providers, or other users must generally be resolved with the responsible party. Bello may assist with reports but is not responsible for independent third-party acts or omissions.
Clauses 9-12 | UGC ownership, publishing rules, moderation, reporting, and copyright
You retain ownership of UGC to the extent you own rights in it. You represent that you have all permissions needed to submit the UGC and that its use through Bello will not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or other rights.
By submitting UGC, you grant Bello a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, adapt for technical formatting, moderate, and otherwise use that UGC as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Service within its features.
The license continues while the UGC is hosted and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, or content independently reshared by others. Deleting UGC removes it from active display within a reasonable period but cannot recall copies saved by recipients.
You must accept these Terms and applicable Community Standards before creating or uploading UGC. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and the consequences of making it available to the selected audience.
You may not submit UGC that is illegal, pornographic, sexually exploitative, non-consensual intimate content, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, violent, deceptive, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, infringing, or designed to facilitate dangerous or unlawful conduct.
UGC may not glorify excessive or competitive drinking, promote alcohol or tobacco to minors, facilitate illegal drug sales, advertise escort or compensated sexual services, misrepresent event safety, or encourage users to enter restricted areas or violate venue rules.
Do not publish another person's private contact information, precise home location, financial data, government identifiers, intimate material, private communications, image, or voice without a lawful basis and any permission required.
Bello may use automated tools, filters, hash matching, rate limits, user reports, and trained human review to moderate UGC in a manner reasonable for the content and interaction involved. Moderation systems are not perfect and do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified.
Bello may reject, reduce distribution of, label, age-restrict, remove, or preserve UGC; disable monetization; limit features; revoke Virtual Items; suspend or terminate accounts; block devices; or refer matters to authorities where reasonably necessary. Action may be taken without prior notice in urgent, illegal, or high-risk cases.
Paid features, Virtual Items, rankings, rewards, or promotional tools may not be used to incentivize objectionable behavior. Bello may withhold, reverse, or disable related benefits when activity violates these Terms, involves fraud, or creates safety risk, subject to applicable law.
Where an appeal channel is offered, provide relevant context and do not submit illegal material. Bello may uphold, modify, or reverse a decision. Explanations may be limited to protect users, investigations, confidential information, or anti-abuse methods.
Use available in-app controls to report objectionable content, unsafe events, messages, or users. Reports should be made in good faith and include enough context for review. Knowingly false or abusive reporting may itself violate these Terms.
Bello provides blocking controls for supported user interactions. Blocking may limit direct contact and visibility but may not remove all references, shared-room content, public event activity, or copies already received.
To report alleged copyright infringement, email service@bello.website with identification of the protected work, the specific Bello content or location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy and authority, and a physical or electronic signature. Valid counter-notices may be processed where applicable.
Bello may remove infringing material and suspend or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Misrepresenting infringement may expose the reporting party to liability.
Clauses 13-16 | Minor protection, CSAE standards, interpersonal safety, and emergencies
Bello is not directed to children and does not permit anyone under 18 to use the Service. Users must not target, invite, encourage, or assist minors to create Bello accounts or access nightlife content through Bello.
Do not continue a private or suggestive interaction with a person you suspect is under 18. Report the account promptly through in-app tools or to service@bello.website. Bello may request limited information, suspend access, investigate, and delete the account.
When a report concerns a minor, exploitation, or immediate danger, Bello may preserve relevant account data and UGC for safety review, legal compliance, or cooperation with authorized authorities even if the account or content is otherwise deleted.
Bello strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, or any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child. This prohibition applies even though Bello is an adults-only service.
Users must not create, upload, request, possess, trade, sell, link to, distribute, threaten to distribute, or normalize CSAM or other CSAE content. Do not download, copy, or redistribute suspected illegal material for the purpose of reporting it.
Upon actual knowledge or a credible indication of CSAM or CSAE, Bello may immediately remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, block devices, preserve evidence, and take any other action reasonably necessary to protect children and the Service.
Bello maintains processes designed to comply with applicable child-safety laws, including reporting confirmed or apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority where required or appropriate, and cooperating with lawful investigations.
Users can submit child-safety concerns through Bello's in-app reporting mechanism. Select the closest available safety category, identify the relevant account or content, and provide context without attaching or forwarding illegal material.
The designated Bello child-safety contact is service@bello.website. Use the subject Child Safety Report or CSAE Report. This contact may receive notices from users, Google Play, authorities, or child-safety organizations and can coordinate enforcement review.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first. Bello support is not an emergency response service.
Respect consent and personal boundaries in messages and in person. Bello prohibits sexual harassment, unwanted sexual content, coercion, stealth recording, image-based abuse, threats involving intimate material, and non-consensual sexual conduct.
Bello may not be used to solicit, advertise, arrange, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, compensated dating, sugar arrangements, trafficking, or sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts, accommodation, transportation, or other value.
Bello may prioritize reports involving credible threats, sexual exploitation, stalking, or non-consensual intimate content. Users should retain lawful evidence, use blocking and reporting tools, and contact local authorities for immediate threats or suspected crimes.
Clauses 17-20 | Billing, Virtual Items, subscriptions, refunds, and payment disputes
Before completing a purchase, Bello or the applicable store will display the item or feature, price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing frequency, and material conditions. Review the order carefully and confirm it through the billing interface.
Digital goods and services purchased within a version of Bello distributed through Google Play will use Google Play's billing system where required by Google Play policy, unless an authorized regional billing program or policy exception applies. The billing provider's terms also govern payment processing.
You authorize the billing provider to charge the selected payment method for purchases, renewals, applicable taxes, and disclosed fees. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and for charges made through your account unless law provides otherwise.
Bello may receive transaction identifiers, product, price, country, subscription status, refund status, and entitlement information from the billing provider. If a purchase is confirmed but access is not delivered, contact service@bello.website with the order reference, but do not send full card details.
Virtual Items are licensed for personal use only within Bello. They are not legal tender, deposits, payment accounts, securities, or property, have no guaranteed monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Virtual Items may not be sold, transferred, traded, sublicensed, wagered, exchanged outside authorized Bello features, or obtained through fraud, automation, exploits, chargebacks, or unauthorized marketplaces. Attempted transfers may be void.
A Virtual Item may be consumed when used for a boost, gift, badge, promotion, or other disclosed feature. Expiration, quantity, eligibility, and technical limits will be disclosed where applicable. Earned or promotional items may have different conditions from purchased items.
Bello may correct erroneous balances, reverse fraudulent or refunded transactions, or remove items obtained in violation of these Terms. We will not arbitrarily remove purchased value and will respect mandatory consumer rights.
A subscription provides access to the features described at purchase for the stated billing period. Unless described as non-renewing, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and the billing provider may charge the then-current disclosed price.
Trials or promotional pricing may be limited by user, account, device, region, or time. Unless canceled before the displayed deadline, a trial may convert to a paid subscription. Promotional benefits have no cash value and may not be combined unless stated.
Cancel through Google Play, the relevant app store, or the billing provider used for the purchase. Deleting Bello or deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law or the provider's rules state otherwise.
Bello may modify paid features or future pricing with notice required by law or the billing provider. Material subscription changes will not remove mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law, the billing provider's policies, and any additional written Bello refund commitment. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund process where applicable. Bello may also provide support or issue refunds when permitted.
Except where law requires otherwise, consumed Virtual Items, completed boosts, delivered digital gifts, and partially used paid periods may be non-refundable because the digital service has been supplied. This does not limit rights for defective, unauthorized, or materially misdescribed purchases.
Contact service@bello.website promptly about duplicate charges, missing entitlements, suspected unauthorized purchases, or billing errors. Include the account handle, store, order reference, date, and item, but do not send passwords or full payment-card information.
If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or charged back, Bello may revoke the corresponding entitlement or Virtual Items and correct the account balance. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction, while good-faith disputes will be reviewed fairly.
Clauses 21-24 | Data responsibilities, security, suspension, deletion, and updates
The Bello Privacy Policy is a separate document that explains the Personal Data Bello collects, how it is used, stored, protected, and shared, applicable retention practices, and how users may exercise privacy rights. These Terms do not replace that Policy.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of Personal Data; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or exercise other regional rights. Use available settings or contact service@bello.website as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not collect, scrape, sell, share, or misuse information about other users. If you submit information about another person, you must have a lawful basis and any consent required, and you must respect privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and data-protection rights.
Bello uses safeguards designed to protect information but no system is completely secure. Bello may preserve or disclose information as described in the Privacy Policy when required by law or reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, enforcement, or legal claims.
Bello may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create legal or safety risk, engage in fraud, fail to pay valid charges, abuse reports, or interfere with the Service. Serious child-safety, exploitation, or illegal-content violations may result in immediate termination.
You may stop using Bello at any time. If Bello permits account creation, a readily discoverable in-app path will allow you to request deletion of the account and associated data, subject to lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy. Bello may also provide an external request method.
Your license to use Bello ends upon termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including content licenses for retained copies, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and enforcement rights, remain effective.
Termination may result in loss of access to unused Virtual Items and Paid Features except where refund, restoration, or continued access is required by law or the billing provider's rules. Store-managed subscriptions must be canceled separately.
Bello may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failure, network conditions, security incidents, legal restrictions, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control. Bello does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Bello may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content surfaces, integrations, markets, or device support. When a change materially affects a paid commitment, Bello will provide notice or a remedy required by applicable law.
Experimental or beta features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice. Use them at your own risk and do not rely on them for emergency, safety-critical, or legally required functions.
Bello may update these Terms to reflect new features, business practices, safety standards, app-store policies, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will display a new effective date and be made available in the app or on the relevant website.
For material changes, Bello will provide reasonable notice through the Service, email, or another appropriate channel when required. If consent is legally required, Bello will request it through an affirmative action.
Your continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using Bello and close your account. Changes do not retroactively eliminate accrued rights or mandatory consumer protections.
Clauses 25-28 | Disclaimers, liability, governing law, disputes, and general provisions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bello is provided on an as is and as available basis. Bello disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage.
Bello does not warrant the identity, intentions, conduct, background, legality, quality, safety, accuracy, availability, or suitability of any user, UGC, event, venue, organizer, ticket, product, or third-party service. Verification indicators do not constitute endorsements or guarantees.
Bello does not provide legal, medical, security, transportation, alcohol-safety, or emergency advice. Information in the Service is general and should not replace professional judgment or contact with emergency services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bello and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bello's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Bello for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or USD 100.
The limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.
These limitations are an essential allocation of risk and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, subject always to applicable law.
Before filing a formal claim, contact service@bello.website with a description of the dispute and requested resolution. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter for at least 30 days, unless urgent relief or a statutory deadline requires earlier action.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Bello operator identified in the applicable app-store listing is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer law in your country or region continues to apply where it cannot be waived.
Subject to mandatory law, disputes may be brought in the competent courts where the Bello operator is established. If consumer law entitles you to bring a claim in your place of residence or use a consumer tribunal or online dispute mechanism, these Terms do not take away that right.
Either party may seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court with jurisdiction to prevent misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, serious safety threats, or other harm for which monetary relief would be inadequate.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement concerning Bello. Feature-specific purchase terms control for that purchase if they conflict with these Terms. The Privacy Policy controls descriptions of Personal Data processing.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign these Terms without Bello's prior written consent. Bello may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or by operation of law. Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights.
For questions, complaints, payment disputes, appeals, copyright matters, or safety concerns, contact Bello at service@bello.website. Include enough information to understand the matter, but do not send passwords, full identity documents, full payment-card details, or illegal content.
